apply medical diagnostic device to the man and you will find out that he has hypercarbia, broken ribs, and hypothermia
use scissors to cut the spacesuit, then tape up his ribs and put blanket on him
take a look on the ventilator monitor
because he has too much CO2 in his lung you need to change the pointer like this :
red EP = 5
blue IP = 11
tap the note on top right for clue

get air filter on left panel and use the code APOLLO on right monitor
pick up the fuse then go out
open and enter o2 system
get metal bar on top panel and put air filter on middle
place fuse on right
use metal bar on right valve and rotate it
look at left monitor and change it like this :
go out and check jake on medical room
then you can go out and complete this level
